However, in sending or transferring such data in any case, the Company will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562

The Company will retain your personal data for a period of 15 years from the date of contract termination or termination of use of personal data. The Company may continue retain your personal data for a period that is necessary to comply with the law or its limitation.
